Gaurika Pant (she/her)
Gaurika is a third year pursuing simultaneous degrees in Sustainable Environmental Design and Environmental Economics and Policy. She is passionate about all things environmental sustainability and believes that it is critical to use interdisciplinary ways to address and tackle the climate crisis. Growing up in Hong Kong, she began her sustainability involvement at a young age and volunteered with different environmental organizations to raise environmental awareness on issues around the city like plastic pollution and waste management. At Berkeley, she is excited to work as a Green Team Associate at SERC to learn more about implementing zero-waste initiatives and single-use plastic reduction policies on campus. In her free time, she enjoys baking, trying new coffee shops, and exploring new places!
