Roberto is a senior at UC Berkeley majoring in Civil Engineering. He hopes to be able to change policies that put communities’ health at risk and would like to help create change through opportunity. Growing up in SoCal he was able to see the socio-economic differences that each city has to offer to marginalize communities. With an emphasis on construction management, he would like to focus on the public health aspect of civil engineering as he knows how difficult it is for someone to live in a suitable home. This home is not to be threatened by pests, mold, gangs, outside threats, and other living insecurities. During his free time, Roberto can be found playing soccer, reading case studies, or watching new shows. His favorite shows include and are not limited to; The Office, Friends, TBBT, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, and more.
